Copywriting Creatives
Prior to Copywriting Creatives, I managed the digital lifecycle for the University of Toronto’s ECE Department. I worked across both the public website and intranet, handling UI/UX Design and WordPress/CMS management.
At ECE at U of T, I managed weekly content operations across technical and non-technical stakeholder requests via Asana, additionally troubleshooting accessibility and website flows on every page. I also consolidated the TNFC lab's 15-page standalone site into the ECE website’s environment to streamline operations.

The homepage was being bypassed entirely, limiting its role in student recruitment. This was a nine-month production engagement spanning content updates, new page builds, and a full homepage redesign: shipped with key information-rich internal pages built to receive the traffic.
In Fall 2021, I founded and led JKR Business Consultancy, delivering CX and digital solutions that included operational and financial workflows. I also continued my own freelance consulting practice, ranging from business, strategy, and content design to marketing and front-end development.

When generative AI disrupted the creative industry, Fix It In Post Studios didn't want a quick win, they wanted a plan. I designed a responsible adoption framework and validated it through a live pilot, turning an experimental technology into a structured, billable service.

I hold two Master’s degrees: a Master of Information (UX) from the University of Toronto [2023-25] and in Electronic Media from Anna University, Chennai [2016-21]. I've applied my skills to a range of academic and pro bono projects across both universities, many of which involved real work for real clients , addressing real pain points. I've also led the development of investor-facing microsites and pitch decks for film and TV clients, produced instructional, corporate, and software demo videos, and implemented internal comms toolkits for prior employers and clients.
