I design solutions and then I build them. By approaching each project through a systems design lens, I identify root causes before recommending solutions, and translate that into integrated digital, operational, and creative outcomes that create measurable value.
The following are some of the ways I've built value across projects.

The homepage was being bypassed entirely, limiting its role in student recruitment. This was a nine-month production engagement spanning content updates, new page builds, and a full homepage redesign: shipped with key information-rich internal pages built to receive the traffic.
My consulting practice started in 2021 when I founded JKR Business Consultancy in India, delivering CX and digital solutions across operational, financial, and marketing problems for clients who needed someone who could think and build. I've continued that work through independent consulting projects that span creative operations, workflow design, accessibility, and revenue systems.
Across these projects, I've held strategy and execution simultaneously. I diagnose structural problems before recommending interventions, then either handoff a detailed how-to document or build the solution myself. Each case below is chosen to demonstrate a distinct problem type, not just a different industry. The case studies below are presented for illustrative purposes only, to demonstrate range.

When generative AI disrupted the creative industry, Fix It In Post Studios didn't want a quick win, they wanted a plan. I designed a responsible adoption framework and validated it through a live pilot, turning an experimental technology into a structured, billable service.

I hold two Master’s degrees: a Master of Information (UX) from the University of Toronto [2023-25] and in Electronic Media from Anna University, Chennai [2016-21].
Across both programs, coursework was never purely theoretical. It ran parallel to pro bono projects with real clients, work placements with organizations, and applied projects that addressed real problems under real constraints.
The work below reflects what I love: from accessibility and global navigation to AI-enabled business modelling, from community-facing apps to websites.
