Prior to Copywriting Creatives, I managed the full digital lifecycle for the University of Toronto’s ECE Department. I led content and accessibility design across the public website and intranet while also handling UX research, front-end development, and production.

The homepage was being bypassed entirely, limiting its role in student recruitment. I redesigned the content & IA using Figma and implemented it in WordPress to reposition it as an access hub for students.
Before joining the University of Toronto, I led JKR Business Consultancy, delivering CX and web design solutions that included operational and financial workflows. I also have my own freelance consulting practice, from business, strategy, and content design to marketing and front-end development.
