Usually research, design, and development are three different people. Something gets misread or left out every time work passes between them. I do all three myself so the thing I learned in research is still the thing shaping the build at the end.

I've worked in industries I knew nothing about going in. Each time I had to learn enough to ask questions that made sense and recognize answers that mattered.

The people who took over my projects didn't have to call me to ask how anything worked—my work's scalable and my documentation game's on point.
