The organizations I've worked with have all enabled me to design and implement digital solutions for sectors including higher education, film & streaming, and nonprofits. These experiences have enabled me to explore the massive plethora of skills I continue to explore.
Currently, I work at Toronto-based agency Copywriting Creatives, where I design and implement IT and MarTech solutions for healthcare and nonprofits.
My Work for the University of Toronto

Between 2023-2025, I was studying Information Sciences and UX Design at the University of Toronto. Having originally applied for a student marketing role at the ECE department (ECE at U of T), I presented my experience and asked to be trusted with the website. From Jun 2024 - Mar 2025, I did manage the WordPress environments for both their public website and intranet, making content updates.
But the bigger questions they had were: How might we enable the Department Website to recruit Prospective Students? and How might we integrate the Toronto Nanofabrication Centre into the ECE digital environment? and How could I help achieve this?
End-to-End Digital Production to Drive Student Recruitment for ECE at U of T
Students were not navigating to core informational pages, and the Homepage lacked form AND function. I redesigned and rebuilt multiple core pages to address a missed recruitment opportunity by shifting to a student-focused hierarchy, giving them a functional and aesthetic facelift.

I've been working on pro bono and freelance design projects since 2019, working for UNICEF India and more. In 2021, I co-founded JKR Business Consultancy to provide specialized solutions for niche scenarios including design systems, genAI adoption, WCAG accessibility, and sales/production workflows.

In 2022, Fix It In Post Studios (FIIP Studios) asked me to help them adopt genAI tools in their services. This involved a live pilot in 2023, where I helped the studio develop and implement a genAI-assisted service. I'd previously worked for this client, between 2020-21 where I regularly filled project-specific technical gaps.
Digital Transformation: Building AI Into the Blueprint
Generative AI left most studios reacting to its disruption, and FIIP Studios chose to build services around generative AI tools. I designed an adoption framework, implementing it through a live pilot that validated an experimental workflow into a billable service.
