Meet a different kind of design
I understand people & map systems to find solutions to the real problem beyond the stated one. But I also write the copy that goes in the interface and build the front-end that ships it. That end-to-end range means I spend less time making things pretty and more time solving.
I've worked across higher education, film and streaming, healthcare, and nonprofits. The problems are different. The approach is the same: find the real problem, build the right thing, make sure it lasts.
Currently based in Toronto. Open to full-time roles in UX research, UI/UX, or product design.
ECE is one of Canada's top engineering departments. Their website wasn't showing it and prospective students were leaving before they had a reason to stay. I led the research and redesign: competitor analysis across North America, stakeholder interviews, informal student and faculty conversations. I also developed the pages inside ECE's WordPress environment.

I ran generative research workshops, assessed the landscape of tools and studios, and built a four-guideline framework from scratch. Then I proved it on a live production project with a real client and a real deadline.
