The University of Toronto's ECE Department needed someone who they could trust to help rebuild the full digital lifecycle. For the first 7 months, I had worked across the public website and intranet, handling content updates and WordPress/CMS management, building enough institutional knowledge to be trusted with something larger. In December 2024, that trust translated into a direct mandate: rebuild multiple core pages, deliver new page builds, and give one of Canada's most respected engineering departments a functional and aesthetic facelift.

Students were ignoring the homepage rather than navigating through it; it was a missed recruitment opportunity. this included content updates and a full homepage redesign, shipped alongside multiple internal pages designed to convert the traffic it would receive.

In 2021, I founded JKR Business Consultancy in India to serve clients who needed a practitioner who could diagnose and deliver. Clients rarely need more strategy without execution, so every engagement was scoped to cover both, delivering UX and digital solutions across operational, financial, and marketing problems. I've also taken up similar work through independent consulting projects including creative operations, workflow design, and design systems.
These projects share a consistent working model; identify the structural problem, recommend an intervention grounded in that diagnosis, then either deliver a detailed how-to document or build the solution myself. The cases below are selected to show range across problem types, not industries; they are presented for illustrative purposes only.

Fix It In Post Studios chose to build services centered around generative AI, and I designed the responsible adoption framework that made that possible, validated through a pilot that turned an experimental workflow into a structured, billable service.
