The organizations I've worked with each brought a different set of demands. ECE at U of T were selling a future, which means their digital presence needs to attract prospective students, answer the right questions, and move them toward inquiry. Nonprofits working with Copywriting Creatives needed something different: websites and tools that made it easier to raise awareness and spend less time on administration. At Fix It In Post, the projects sat outside conventional film production processes entirely: niche work that required stepping outside the industry's default ways and building solutions that hadn't been done before.

The University of Toronto's ECE Department needed someone who they could trust to help rebuild the full digital lifecycle. For the first 7 months, I had worked across the public website and intranet, handling content updates and WordPress/CMS management, building enough institutional knowledge to be trusted with something larger. In December 2024, that trust translated into a direct mandate: rebuild multiple core pages, deliver new page builds, and give one of Canada's most respected engineering departments a functional and aesthetic facelift.
Students were ignoring the homepage rather than navigating through it; it was a missed recruitment opportunity. this included content updates and a full homepage redesign, shipped alongside multiple internal pages designed to convert the traffic it would receive.

Transformed for student recruitment by directing high-intent traffic to key pages.

I've worked with various businesses from 2021 including an industrial manufacturer & industry supplier, a K-12 SaaS E-learning company, a healthcare group, and more. My former employer FIIP studios invited me back to provide them with solutions regarding genAI adoption. This involved a live pilot towards the end of the project, where I applied the framework I'd developed to help the studio develop genAI-assisted services that actually worked.
Generative AI arrived in the creative industry with most studios left reacting to its disruption. Fix It In Post Studios chose to build services centered around generative AI, and I designed the responsible adoption framework that made that possible, validated through a pilot that turned an experimental workflow into a billable service.

30–40% revenue growth from a newly billable GenAI-assisted workflow.
