Meet a different kind of Design
The organizations I've worked with have all enabled me to design and implement digital solutions for sectors including higher education, film & streaming, and nonprofits. These experiences have enabled me to explore the massive plethora of skills I continue to explore.
Currently, I work at Toronto-based agency Copywriting Creatives, where I design and implement IT solutions for healthcare and nonprofits.
Between 2023-2025, I was studying Information Sciences and UX Design at the University of Toronto. Having originally applied for a student marketing role at the ECE department, I presented my value and asked to be trusted with the website. From Jun 2024 - Mar 2025, I managed the WordPress environments for both their public website and intranet, making routine content updates.
My work resulted in solutions for two of the department's high-priority areas: marketing for student recruitment and digital design standardisation.

Meet a different kind of Consulting
I direct discovery workshops, map user journeys, audit accessibility and web content, as well as scope, design, and execute digital strategy.
In 2021, I founded JKR Business Consultancy, building 10+ end-to-end client relationships across sectors including healthcare, fintech, e-learning, and industrial manufacturing.
In 2022, Fix It In Post Studios (FIIP Studios) asked me to support genAI adoption in their services. This involved a live pilot (2023), where I developed and implemented a genAI-assisted service. I've previously worked full-time for the studio (2020-21), where I solved project-specific technical gaps.
Generative AI left most studios reacting to its disruption, and FIIP Studios chose to build services around generative AI tools. I designed an adoption framework, implementing it during a pilot project with a real client that transformed an experimental workflow into a billable service.
